INESE MINSI
Our Inese Minšī is a craftivist from Latvia, currently exploring farming and cooking in France. Since 2008, she has worked as a facilitator of non-formal learning. Passionate about creative learning methodologies, Inese has designed a series of innovative training programs for youth workers, integrating body movement and creative writing with the development of soft skills and entrepreneurial attitudes. She holds a master’s degree in media and communication and has authored several papers examining how media shapes and influences perceptions of gender, sexuality, and the realities faced by marginalised groups.

HELENE CAVAIGNAC
Our Hélène is a passionate pedagogical artivist ! With years of experience as a Project Coordinator for NGOs specializing in non-formal education workshops, she has spent the past five years working as a freelance non-formal education trainer. For the last two years, she has also contributed her skills to CEMEA, a second-chance school in France. Deeply passionate about performing arts—pantomime, clowning, masks, improvisation, and costume design—Hélène uses these mediums as tools to foster critical thinking and empowerment. Her dedication to exploring innovative learning methods is her cornerstone, leading her to create unique training programs that emphasise self-directed learning experiences. With 15 years of involvement in European mobility programs, she became a valued member of the Nomadways team. In addition, she contributes to professional training by teaching sociology to social and youth workers, further expanding her impact in the educational field.”

ILARIA FRESA
Our Ilaria is a dedicated visual facilitator committed to promoting the use of visual language as a powerful tool to support learning processes. Her mission is to inspire individuals to explore their full potential while assisting groups in developing projects and focusing on effective implementation. With a background as a social researcher, Ilaria holds a degree in Political Science and a Master’s in Communication and Sociology of Migration. She has conducted extensive research on gender and refugee empowerment, particularly in financial education, family balance, and savings, within the framework of European projects. As an expert in cooperative learning methods and visual facilitation, Ilaria has designed, supervised, and coordinated numerous non-formal education training programs for local Italian institutions, educational organizations, international agencies, and NGOs, always striving to make learning more engaging and impactful.
